DOCTORJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Ambulance Doctor to provide critical care during air medical transport missions. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling high-pressure situations, performing life-saving interventions in-flight, and ensuring continuity of care from bedside to destination.Key Responsibilities:Patient Assessment & Transfer Planning:• Evaluate patient conditions to determine the most appropriate mode and level of transfer.• Provide medical oversight during pre-transfer assessments and flight preparations.• Ensure patient safety and stability during transport operations.Medical Team Leadership & Training:* Prepare, coordinate, and supervise the company’s medical team for air ambulance operations.* Train paramedics and junior medical staff in in-flight emergency protocols, equipment handling, and patient care procedures.* ⁠Establish training programs and maintain clinical standards.Healthcare Network & Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, medical professionals, and healthcare institutions to facilitate smooth operations and referrals.* ⁠Represent the company at medical events, seminars, and in the broader medical community.Medical Documentation & Compliance:* Ensure complete, accurate, and timely documentation of all medical records related to patient transfers.* ⁠Maintain compliance with national and international medical transport regulations and standards.* ⁠Oversee medical audits and quality assurance processes.Team Expansion & Network Building:* Create and maintain a network of qualified paramedics, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.* ⁠Assist in recruiting new team members and evaluating their suitability for air medical services.Qualifications:* MBBS or MD (Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology, or Internal Medicine preferred)* Valid medical license (DHA OR MOH)* Minimum 3 years of critical care or emergency medicine experience* BLS, ACLS, PALS certified* Previous experience in aeromedical transport is highly desirable* Strong decision-making and communication skills* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including short-notice deployments
