• We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team and oversee all accounting operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing daily accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements, providing accurate reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local tax laws.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
• Manage and guide the accounting team to achieve financial and organizational goals.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
• Improve accounting systems and ensure their efficient use.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus).
• Minimum 7-12 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and local tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make informed financial decisions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
