Job Description

• Maintain and update cost accounting system and ensure accurate cost allocations across products and departments.
• Analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of cost standards for materials, labor, and overhead.
• Monitor cost variances and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to review bills of materials (BOMs) and routings.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports for management review.
• Conduct profitability analysis by SKU, product line, or business unit.
• Support inventory valuation and perform periodic physical inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes related to production costs and COGS.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–4 years of experience in cost accounting
• Prior experience in the Carbonated Water industry (preferred)
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP (a plus)
• Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and project accounting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
