Job Description
Responsibility
1.
Follow up on the decoration of the Riyadh office, maintaining good communication with the landlord and decoration company, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of the office.
2.
Manage the company rental apartments, ensure employees receive excellent service and support during their stay.
3.Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls; prepare meeting agendas and minutes for the General manager
4.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally and efficiently.
5.
Coordinate travel arrangements, visas, and accommodation for management and visiting staff.
6.
Support HR administration, including onboarding, leave tracking, and recordkeeping
7.Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
8.
Manage fixed assets, office supplies, and low-value consumables; prepare office supplies for new employees and apply for relevant office software to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Skills
1.Understand the business processes and requirements of relevant government departments in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as company policies and procedures, and be able to propose suggestions for administration process optimization.
2.Language: Chinese and Arabic can be used as working languages.
Fluent English is preferred.
3.Work Experience: Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant work experience are preferred.
4.Familiar with Microsoft Office software.
5.Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
6.Meticulous and serious in work, proactive, and strong in execution.
7.Clear thinking, good organizational and coordination abilities, good communication skills, and affability.
