Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives in all business sectors to support sales pitches with technical knowledge.
• Attend client meetings, both virtually and on-site, to assist in explaining product specifications, applications, and technical benefits.
• Customize technical presentations based on the client s industry, processes, and pain points.
• Lead and supervise product trials at client facilities to ensure proper application and performance.
• Act as the main technical contact during the sales cycle for product-related questions and concerns.
• Respond to client objections or reservations with clear, data-backed explanations.
• Offer alternative solutions when required and ensure client satisfaction with technical responses.
• Assist the sales team in preparing technical proposals, datasheets, trial protocols, and material safety documentation.
• Support the customization of chemical solutions based on the customer s production process.
Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree in chemical engineering or chemistry.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience: Minimum 2 4 years.
• Strong technical knowledge of chemical applications and industrial production processes.
• Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, client-friendly manner.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer-facing skills.
