Internship Description:
• Assist in recruiting and talent acquisition processes

 • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs 

• Contribute to organizational development initiatives 

• Help with training and development activities 

• Assist in various HR administrative tasks 

 

The intern will learn:

  • Recruiting strategies and best practices 
  • Employee onboarding techniques
  •  Organizational development principles 
  • Training and development program design 
  • Various HR policies and procedures 


 

Internship Start date: August 6, 2025 

Duration: 1-3 months (flexible based on performance and availability) 

 

Internship Requirements

  • Current HR or Business student, or recent graduate 
  • SHRM or HRCI certified with a Diploma in HR (mandatory) 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field 
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
