Roles & Responsibilities
We are a remote-first software company based in UAE, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. As we continue to grow, we re looking for an People Operations & Organizational Development Consultant to help us strengthen internal processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
** Key Responsibilities
- Assist in refining team structures and communication flows
- Support leadership with people-related processes and team engagement
- Contribute to defining clear responsibilities and performance expectations
- Recommend and implement light HR processes (onboarding, 1-on-1s, feedback, etc.)
- Promote a collaborative and organized work environment across the team
- Promote a positive and transparent team culture across geographies
** Qualifications- Assess team dynamics and provide recommendations to enhance collaboration and clarity
- Support the definition and documentation of roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines
- Facilitate team check-ins and feedback processes
- Advise leadership on communication practices, team engagement, and internal workflows
- Recommend lightweight HR frameworks (e.g., onboarding, 1-on-1s, performance check-ins)
- Contribute to the development of a positive, transparent team culture
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must
** Preferred (Not Required)- Experience supporting technical teams
- Background in early-stage or fast-growing companies
