Job Requirements

  • Requirements:
  • IT Helpdesk Experience – Level 1
  • English Level B2 (Able to handle US-based clients)
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Google Meet, Docs, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Products (O365)
  • Strong technical support skills (focused on computers, not mobiles)
