Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed mechanical and plumbing designs for commercial and industrial buildings.
• Prepare load calculations, layouts, schematics, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (architecture, structure, electrical).
• Review and interpret project specifications and drawings.
• Support tendering process and technical submittals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university. 
• 3–5 years of experience in MEP design (focus on mechanical HVAC and plumbing).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, Revit MEP, and HVAC/plumbing design software.
• Familiarity with local codes and international standards (ASHRAE, IPC, etc.).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proven experience using CAD software; Revit, knowledge of BIM. 
• Good understanding of safety standards and environmental impact of a design
• Ability to present in front of stakeholders and managers
• Attention to detail
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
