Job Description

  • Provide technical expertise and deeply understand IT products and solutions to offer accurate recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Engage with clients to identify their business requirements through discovery calls and meetings.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase how the solutions can address client challenges.
  • Respond to product inquiries, clarify technical aspects, and offer expert advice to build strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to assess the technical feasibility of sales opportunities and contribute to proposals and RFP responses.
  • Address technical objections and provide support to help close sales effectively.
  • Offer technical support during the presales phase and manage integrations to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
  • Ensure that security measures are properly implemented in the proposed solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies to improve knowledge and service delivery.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive the most relevant and effective solutions.

Job Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in a presales, technical support, or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions, systems, and technologies.
  • Certifications related to ITIL or specific ManageEngine products would be an advantage
  •  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Very good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to assess client needs, propose solutions, and address objections effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical teams.
