Key Responsibilities:

Retail Marketing Execution:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of retail display and visual merchandising projects.
  • Oversee installation and maintenance of in-store display stands, signage, and shop-in-shop furniture in dealer outlets.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify retail marketing needs across territories.

Vendor & Production Agency Management:

  • Maintain and expand a strong database of reliable display and furnishing production agencies.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with fabrication, print, and installation vendors.
  • Ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of all outsourced retail assets.

Project Management:

  • Develop and execute retail marketing plans aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Track budgets, timelines, and performance metrics for all retail marketing activities.
  • Conduct site surveys, create installation plans, and oversee on-site execution.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Coordinate with brand, sales, and creative teams to translate marketing strategies into physical retail experiences.
  • Provide training and guidelines to dealers and retail staff on visual standards.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation at all retail locations.

Data & Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of display assets, installations, and dealer locations.
  • Analyze performance of retail marketing investments and recommend improvements.
  • Provide post-installation reports with photographic evidence and metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or visual merchandising.
  • Proven track record of managing display production and retail installations.
  • Strong network of production agencies, display fabricators, and installers.
  • Excellent project management, negotiation, and vendor coordination skills.
  • Working knowledge of retail design, POS materials, and shop furnishing.
  • Ability to travel frequently to dealer locations and retail sites.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project tracking tools, and basic design file formats (PDF, AI, etc.).
