Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing the firm's services professionally
Understand client needs and offer appropriate legal service solutions
Schedule appointments for legal consultations
Maintain and update client records in CRM
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
Collaborate with the Business Development and Legal teams for coordinated client support
Skills
Qualification:
Strong verbal communication skills in English, Urdu/Hindi and Arabic.
Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target driven environment.
