Job Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of interior designers, ensuring high-quality design outputs and professional growth.
• Oversee the entire design process from concept development to final delivery, ensuring adherence to client briefs, timelines, and budgets.
• Assist in the development of interior design concepts and layouts based on client briefs.
• Prepare mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.
• Create detailed drawings and 3D models using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop).
• Research materials, furniture, and design trends to support the project team.
• Utilize rendering engines (e.g., Corona, V-Ray) for high-quality visualizations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Architecture.
• Extensive expertise in designing and executing interior projects for commercial spaces, residential properties, and administrative offices.
•  Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Strong technical knowledge of Design and FF&E, finishes, and materials
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Adobe Suite)
