Job summary

Outdoor Marketing Executive to drive on-ground promotional efforts and bridge the gap between digital and physical marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute outdoor marketing campaigns, including roadshows, events, and brand activations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, event organizers, and local authorities for smooth campaign execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify high-traffic locations for outdoor promotions.
  • Distribute marketing collaterals (flyers, brochures, samples) and engage with potential customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to amplify offline campaigns through social media and online channels.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, including footfall, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Ensure brand visibility through innovative outdoor advertising (hoardings, banners, kiosks, etc.).

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in outdoor marketing, field promotions, or event management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours (including weekends if required).
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
