Job summary
Mitel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Account Manager to drive revenue growth and partner engagement across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or IT (MBA preferred)
- 5–8 years of experience in channel sales or partner account management in the UC, telecom, networking, or IT sector
Responsibilities
- Channel Partner Engagement - Identify, Onboard and enable new Channel partner in alignment with Mitel's growth strategy in KSA
- Manage and Grow existing channel base and increase market penetration
- Sales Execution - Own the Channel sales Quote for allocated partners and meet or exceed revenue targets
Skills
- Deep understanding of channel dynamics in KSA and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries
- Proven track record of building and scaling channel ecosystems in a competitive market
Desired requirements
- Saudi Vision 2030 Alignment: Preference for candidates who can align Mitel's offerings with the digital transformation initiatives of Vision 2030
- Travel: Willingness to travel across KSA (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam) and attend regional meetings in the UAE
