Job Description:

1`st Vacancy /MEP Draftsman

• Preparing mechanical, electrical and plumbing shop drawing,
• coordinating with other disciplines, and ensuring drawings adhere to industry standards and building codes
• produce detailed plans for HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and electrical systems
• to be fast working in AutoCAD & Revit
• Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
• Ensuring final designs are matching with the Shop drawings
   

2`nd Vacancy /MEP Quantity Surveyor Engineer

• Preparing cost estimates for MEP works based on design drawings and specifications.
• Monitoring and controlling project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Analyzing project expenses and comparing them to the budget.
• Preparing monthly cost reports and highlighting any significant variances.
• Forecasting final costs and managing project cash flow.
