We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee the execution of MEP related design and installations works for our projects in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage consultant engineers for MEP design activities and provide technical support/solutions to design and development teams.
• Review and advise on cost estimation of works and materials, ensuring tenders received from bidders meet project specifications.
• Advise estimating team on costs of design and provide alternatives for changes in specification and details.
• Ensure client requirements are correctly interpreted and taken into account, reviewing MEP design information at tender stage.
• Produce Value Engineering options and evaluate potential costs/fees for statutory services.
• Oversee MEP works for all projects/packages, managing consultant engineers for construction activities and supporting contractors on execution of MEP works.
• Cooperate with construction and project managers for timely and budget-friendly completion of projects.

Requirements:

• BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, contractor's experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Demonstrated effective managerial capability on construction projects of comparable scope and complexity.
