Job Description

• Reviewing MEP (Mechanical – Electrical – Plumbing) designs and systems for projects under construction, especially shopping malls.
• Analyzing engineering drawings to detect errors, missing elements, or inconsistencies.
• Preparing moment sheets (detailed technical review notes) that document all technical observations on the designs, and highlight points that require revision or completion.
• Coordinating with the design team or consultants to resolve the remarks and ensure quality of execution.
• Preparing Operation Files for malls, including operational manuals, finishing operation sheets, operation and maintenance plans, task schedules, and tracking templates.
• Conducting initial studies for mall operations, including:
  
  • Determining technical and logistical requirements.
  • Developing an appropriate operation plan for each system (e.g., HVAC, fire-fighting, elevators, etc.).
  • Estimating the resources required, including manpower and equipment
    
• Having hands-on experience in managing and operating shopping malls—preferably with prior involvement in the operation of HVAC, fire-fighting, ventilation, elevators, and other MEP systems.
