We are looking for a Content Development Specialist to design, develop, and validate high-quality assessment content that measures individuals’ knowledge, skills, and abilities. You will ensure all materials are accurate, relevant, and aligned with job requirements and performance objectives, while collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts to meet market and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize, and enhance assessment content in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts to ensure alignment with industry and client requirements.
• Analyze item performance using statistical data and feedback, making informed revisions to improve quality and effectiveness.
• Ensure assessment content is accurate, valid, and up to date through continuous collaboration with Subject Matter Experts and market research.
• Maintain and organize question banks and assessment databases for consistency and ease of access.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in assessment design, delivery, and evaluation processes.

Skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in assessment content development, instructional design, or project management (preferred).
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Subject Matter Experts and cross-functional teams.
