About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good understanding of the Saudi job market, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding

Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals Naukrigulf, Bayt, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Skills

Requirements:

2–5 years of recruitment experience in IT positions

Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools

Good communication and negotiation skills

Familiarity with Saudi labor laws is an advantage
