Qualifications

• Diploma degree in a relevant stream (business, sales, nutrition, etc.)
• 2 years of experience in handling tele sales
• Excellent and effective use of Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English

Responsibilities

• Promote proper usage of All Almarai products to Health-Care Professionals, consumers, as well as support product supply at trade level by detail product features, promote product benefits and advise proper usage instructions when required and handling inbound telephonic product enquiries to call center.
