Role Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Remote Dispatcher to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and scheduling rides across multiple U.S. cities.
• Communicating with drivers to ensure punctuality and service quality.
• Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensuring smooth, on-time transportation operations.
• Using dispatching software to manage trips efficiently.

Work Location: Remote (work from home)

Work Schedule: Full-time, primarily covering U.S. time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordinating transportation services.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with dispatching software and technology tools.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Previous experience in transportation or logistics is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent (university degree is a plus).

Skills

Familiarity with U.S. geography, airports, and time zones.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
