Job Description
- Prepare competitive bids for new projects.
- Managing the planning and design stages of engineering projects.
- Negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices.
- Overseeing all project stages from preliminary layouts to final engineering designs.
- Conduct daily research to determine project requirements.
- Prepare realistic project schedule
- Performing cost estimations and preparing project budgets.
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Preparing Monthly reports that show executive position for the workflow, Cost & Budget and Variation Order.
- Documenting processes and presenting project progress updates to senior managers.
- Maintain records, site diary, quality assurance documentation, reports, and records.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design or a related field
- Experience working on projects similar in size and scope to the ones your company handles
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in CAD software like AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, including space planning, furniture layout, lighting design, and color theory
- Experience with materials selection and specification for interior finishes
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices
- Experience with concept development, rendering, and visualization techniques
- Additional proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software like SketchUp or 3ds Max (preferred)
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to manage budgets and track project costs effectively
