Job Description

• Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces aligned with business and user needs.
• Translate business requirements and user research into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs into applications.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience.
• Ensure designs comply with security, compliance, and governance standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 5–10 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design feasibility.
• Experience working with developers to implement designs in C#, ASP.Net, Java environments.
• Knowledge of security considerations and compliance standards in design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to participate in daily/weekly ceremonies.
