Responsibilities

• Manage testing & commissioning documentation, O&M manuals, and as-built records for handover.
• Ensure smooth transition from construction to operations, with zero-defect handovers.
• Supervise electrical works on site, ensuring adherence to project standards and timelines.
• Provide guidance to the team on technical issues, ensuring best practices in construction and engineering processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• Accredited professional qualification (PMP, SP, RMP, or equivalent) preferred.
• Demonstrated hands-on construction experience with proven capability to lead electrical works on site.
• Expert knowledge of BMS systems, LV distribution, MV networks, and electrical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of Saudi building codes, safety regulations, and utility authority processes.

Experience

• Minimum 10+ years' experience delivering large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• Proven track record in fast-track project delivery including testing, commissioning, and energization.
• Experience working for or alongside EPC contractors to achieve challenging deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience managing contractors during construction delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
