Talent Management Expertise

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive plans to find the best candidates for our organization.
  • Lead HR Strategic Planning: Align human resources initiatives with business objectives to drive success.
  • Create, Update, and Enforce HR Policies and Procedures: Establish and maintain a framework for efficient HR operations.
  • Prepare and Manage Manpower Requirements: Forecast and coordinate staffing needs to meet organizational goals.
  • Design and Implement Employee Development and Training Programs: Develop training initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Oversee Talent Management Strategies: Attract, retain, and engage top talent through innovative approaches.
  • Manage Performance Management Process: Monitor and evaluate employee performance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Supervise Payroll Operations: Oversee the processing of employee compensation and benefits.
  • Handle Personnel Administration: Coordinate various aspects of HR, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Design and Manage Compensation and Benefits Structures: Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Prepare and Analyze HR Reports and Metrics: Gather and interpret data to inform HR-related decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in human resources.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the hospitality industry is required.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English language.
  • Certifications: HR Diploma or SHRM/CIPD certification is preferred.
  • Labor Laws: Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia Labor Law and Social Insurance Law.
  • Taxation Laws: Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia Income Taxes Law.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential.
