Role Overview

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team and drive direct property sales. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market, and the ability to build relationships with clients and investors. You will be responsible for generating leads, following up on prospects, and closing deals to meet monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets through direct sales and client engagement.

• Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and follow up with provided leads.

• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize property promotions.

• Guide clients through the sales process, from inquiries to closing.

• Attend property viewings when necessary.

• Prepare and present property proposals to clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience in Egypt.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.

• Arabic and English fluency (spoken and written).

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of real estate platforms and social media marketing is a plus.

• Car is preferred for site visits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network of potential buyers and investors.

• Familiarity with property pricing trends and real estate platforms.

Compensation

• Base salary + competitive commission structure based on performance.
