Job summary

Autonomously carries out the service delivery from end-to-end following project management methodology. Has through understanding of IT operations in the server, storage and system administration domain and has demonstrated sometime performing sys. Admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Capability to lead and negotiate solution designs/architecture and understand solution sizing.
• Has a good understanding and can carry out IT process design and documentation as per standards and work needs
• Expertise and understanding cost elements of different Infrastructure and to find/calculate cost aspects of IT resources
• Has technical knowledge to provide quality assurance service to Infrastructure domain (review and enhance current ITIL processes, trend analysis and improvements).

Qualifications

• Has at least one up to date advanced professional certification in Infrastructure products (Servers/operating systems).
• Has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related engineering field, or equivalent.

Skills

• Has sound interpersonal skills to communicate with others (verbally and written).
• Can and has scripting in PowerShell, Linux shells, Autoit and similar tools to help automate and simplify operational tasks.
• Has been exposed to and capable of using tools for Central management and automation such as MS system Center (SCCM, Orchestrator, etc.) or any private cloud tools.

Desired requirements

• Preferred to have 6+ years in at least two or three operating systems such as Unix/Linux Windows.
