Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist, located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective customer support and service. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing training on Twine’s technology, and actively monitoring customer feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Mechanical Engineer or Practical Engineer.
- Strong problem-solving skills and readiness to work with cutting-edge technology.
- Previous experience as a Service Engineer in a hardware company – an advantage.
- Customer Support and effective Communication skills
- Experience working with textile or related technologies is a plus
- Knowledge of digital color technology – advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
