Job summary
Project management professional with experience in traditional and Agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, change management, and continuous improvement. Skilled in process optimization, efficiency, and governance.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or higher
Transversal banking experience of at least 6 to 10 years through different departments, different functions
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
Monitor and control project performance using tools like Gantt charts, critical path analysis, and earned value management.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Deliver projects within the triple constraints of scope, time, and cost.
Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
Foster a culture of iterative delivery by working with cross-functional teams to deliver value incrementally.
Promote the use of Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) for project tracking and transparency.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to prioritize backlogs and ensure alignment with business goals.
Encourage team empowerment and self-organization for improved performance.
Act as the primary point of contact between project teams and stakeholders.
Maintain transparent communication through regular updates, progress reports, and stakeholder meetings.
Mediate between competing priorities to align stakeholder expectations with project deliverables.
Collaborate with Change Management and Procedures teams to assess the impact of projects on processes, systems, and people.
Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new initiatives.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance stakeholder readiness and engagement.
Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Incorporate feedback from retrospectives into future projects.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and certifications in both traditional and Agile methodologies.
Ensure adherence to the bank's governance frameworks and project management standards.
Prepare and present project documentation and reports for governance committees.
Monitor and report on KPIs and project outcomes to ensure alignment with the bank's strategic objectives.
Target efficiency, productivity while actively supporting full process re-engineering.
Support functional business managers/ users in deriving for best practices/ processes optimization & Initiatives
Provide innovative solutions for strategic cost management and optimization of internal and customer oriented processes.
Promote process automation to reduce TAT and cost per activity in a sustainable and measureable manner.
