The eCommerce Operations Senior Specialist will oversee the entire post checkout supply chain process, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer delivery. This role involves managing relationships with third-party logistics providers, coordinating with payment and SMS gateway partners, and resolving operational bottlenecks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the post-checkout supply chain process to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with 3PL providers to maintain service levels and resolve delivery issues.
• Coordinate payment and SMS gateway operations to ensure seamless customer experience and operations
• Implement tracking systems for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
