Breadfast Food is hiring a passionate and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to deliver a best-in-class experience for our restaurant partners. You’ll be the primary point of contact for new partners as they join our platform, ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding journey from setup to first orders.

You will work closely with Partner Managers, Operations, and Support to ensure that each partner is fully ready, trained, and optimized to succeed on Breadfast. Your ability to build relationships, solve problems, and represent Breadfast’s standards will directly impact partner satisfaction, retention, and quality.



Responsibilitie

  • sAct as the single point of contact for new partners during the onboarding process, guiding them from contract signature to going live
  • .Ensure restaurant data (menus, pricing, locations, hours) is accurately collected, validated, and uploaded to the platform
  • .Coordinate menu creation, device setup, testing, and partner training to ensure a smooth first-order experience
  • .Proactively anticipate potential onboarding issues and work cross-functionally to resolve blockers (technical, operational, or commercial)
  • .Maintain high visibility across all onboarding stages and track onboarding status using internal tools and dashboards
  • .Deliver a white-glove service for top-tier and high-potential restaurant brands
  • .Educate partners on platform features, service standards, and best practices to drive early success
  • .Escalate recurring or critical issues, ensuring no partner is left without support

  • ts2+ years of experience in onboarding, partner success, customer support, or similar operational roles, ideally in food tech, SaaS, or delivery platfor
  • msStrong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple onboarding workflows at on
