Job Description

Kraft Heinz is looking for a talented and enthusiastic intern to work on a project focused on enhancing the onboarding experience and internal communications.

Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Revamp the onboarding process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies to engage all teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the HR Team, Hiring Manager, and other teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports
  • Present project outcomes, learning, and impact in a final presentation at the end of the 6-month internship.


Required Skills

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, or a related field
  • Curiosity and interest in working with people
  • Passion to learn

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
