Job Description
Kraft Heinz is looking for a talented and enthusiastic intern to work on a project focused on enhancing the onboarding experience and internal communications.
Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Revamp the onboarding process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement internal communications strategies to engage all teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the HR Team, Hiring Manager, and other teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports
- Present project outcomes, learning, and impact in a final presentation at the end of the 6-month internship.
Required Skills
- Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, or a related field
- Curiosity and interest in working with people

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders
