Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Extract the received customers’ list from the concerned departments (contact center, referrals & bank website, etc.).
2. Assist in performing due diligence on potential clients’ eligibility to deal with the Bank.
3. Receive Contact Center set appointments for opening new accounts for funding requests and cross-selling opportunities.
4. Responsible for generating new business ideas to assist in acquiring new customers through different techniques.
5. Reach out to customer leads and referrals through constant calls.
6. Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential customers.
7. Attend appointments on a daily basis and regular follow up with the customers.
8. Represent bank services and products to convince customers to deal with QNBAA and to ensure maximum cross-selling opportunities are met.
9. Present and promote bank resources using solid arguments to prospective customers to create or meet their needs.
10. Explore and attend important events for each industry/sector, seminars, and gatherings to identify potential clients.
11. Develop networking strategies to establish business meetings with customers’ companies and obtaining referrals from company’s business partners and customers to assist in prospecting new customers.
12. Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of customer to ensure closing deals. 13. Establish and develop positive business and customer relationships to create new opportunities through referrals and connections.
14. Achieve agreed upon sales targets within schedule.
15. Ensure client is aware of all bank policies and regulations to persuade customer to sign account opening application.
16. Possess excellent knowledge of the bank’s products and services, enabling the identification of the client’s needs and the cross-selling of the appropriate banking products and services suited for the fulfillment of these needs.
17. Prepare and handle Facilities/Scoring files systematically, including loan documentation, facilities’ securities, contracts, undertakings, supporting documents, IDs & investigation reports.
18. Represents the primary point of contact with clients, maintaining the banks’ professional image so as to attain their optimum satisfaction level.
19. Maintain knowledge of the CBE rules and regulations governing MVSEs clients
20. Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible.
21. Ensure the correct adoption of policies and procedures in order to guarantee that the bank business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal Rules and Regulations, as well as, International Standards.
