Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations on-site, ensuring all MEP installations align with project specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and manage work schedules, assigning tasks based on crew skills to maximize efficiency and project completion rates.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding construction practices, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a technical field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP works, ideally in commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of making quick decisions to resolve site challenges effectively.
