Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to close deals.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client accounts, handling inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added services and meet client expectations.
- Prepare and present proposals, business reviews, and performance reports.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business development goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market shifts.
- Participate in contract negotiations and renewals with a focus on long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client relations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- E-Commerce experience is a must.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
