Responsibilities
- Experience in identifying new leads, prospecting & acquiring new business.
- Present and explain plan benefits, coverage options, exclusions, and premium structures clearly.
- Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, expatriates, and professionals.
- Customize solutions by matching client needs with plan features.
- Handle objections and close sales while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, pharmacy, banking or any relevant field.
- 3-6 years of experience in Sales.
- Car owner is preferred.
- Experience in identifying new leads, prospecting & acquiring new business.
- Excellent command of English, communication & presentation skills.
