Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agent located in Asyut, Egypt. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for providing information about different insurance policies, helping clients choose the right insurance plan, processing applications, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, explaining insurance options, conducting financial needs analysis, and following up on claims. The Insurance Agent will maintain client records, ensure compliance with insurance regulations, and stay updated with the latest insurance products and services.

Qualifications

• Skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
• Knowledge of Finance and Insurance
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in managing client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in using insurance software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
