Role Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design and deliver engaging user experiences across web and mobile applications. The role involves creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, conducting user research and testing, and ensuring consistent, accessible, and user-friendly design across all platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical design expertise with collaboration and empathy to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Apply responsive design techniques to ensure seamless performance across devices.
• Ensure design consistency, visual appeal, and accessibility across all digital platforms.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in web and mobile application projects.
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and web accessibility standards.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for web design and creating impactful user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
