Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Visa Application Officer to join our team in Qatar. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist customers with their visa application processes for various countries. This includes guiding them through the required documentation, accurately filling out application forms, and ensuring all submitted information complies with the specific regulations of each embassy or consulate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a meticulous approach to their work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, answering their questions about the visa application process and required documents.
  • Form Filling & Data Entry: Accurately complete visa application forms on behalf of customers, ensuring all information is correct and consistent with supporting documents.
  • Document Verification: Review and verify that all necessary supporting documents (e.g., passports, photographs, bank statements) are complete and meet the specified requirements.
  • Information Management: Stay informed of the latest visa regulations, procedures, and updates for different countries to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues regarding their applications, escalating complex cases to management when necessary.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized and confidential records of all applications and customer interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education - Bachelor's Degree in Any discipline.


Experience - Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Services preferably in the Service or Hospitality industry in Qatar.

Skills:

    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
    • Strong verbal communication skills in English. Arabic communication skills is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in additional languages is a definite plus.
    • Excellent customer service skills with a patient and empathetic approach.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficient in using computers and standard office software.
