Join Mawidak as a B2B Sales Executive and play a key role in expanding our network of beauty and wellness businesses. You'll identify potential partners, present our digital booking platform, support clients during onboarding and testing, and build long-term relationships. This role combines sales, client education, and strategic follow-up to ensure successful adoption of Mawidak’s services.


Your Responsibilities


– Identify and qualify leads that could benefit from Mawidak’s booking and management system

– Present Mawidak’s value proposition through engaging in-person meetings

– Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the platform effectively

– Serve as the main point of contact during the testing period - answer questions, provide support, and relay feedback to the tech and leadership teams

– Accurately document all interactions and opportunities in the CRM system and report on pipeline, KPIs, and sales performance

– Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets while contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture


Requirements


2+ years of experience in SaaS B2B sales, partnerships, or account management is a must

Comfortable cold calling companies and following structured sales cycles

Organized, proactive, and sales-driven

Passionate about the beauty & wellness industry or digital transformation

Comfortable working in a startup environment - fast-paced, flexible, and evolving.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.


Compensation & Growth


This is a paid, part-time role with a base salary + performance bonuses.

Transportation will be covered for all required partner visits during the testing phase.

As Mawidak grows, there is a strong opportunity to transition into a full-time B2B Sales Executive role with higher responsibilities and compensation.
