• Responsible for manufacturing of products in the production plant efficiently and with strict adherence to the company quality standards.
• Work inline with the supply chain to plan and execute the production plan.
• leading production members and co-coordinating several activities, including operating machines, production, processing, packaging and sorting.
• ensure that safety rules and procedures are strictly followed in the production department.
• have strong leadership skills; to be able to direct, control, correct and motivate the members of your team to achieve efficiency.
• Reporting of production activities and plan production goals, schedule and keep track of workers attendance
• Interview and train workers
• Perform regular performance reviews on team members
• Mediate between workers and the management to enhance smooth communication and settle disputes.
• Controlling RM & FP Losses during the production process.
• Follow up all GMP requirements.
• Follow up all GHP requirements.

Education & Skills

• Bachelor of Engineering / Science.
• +5 years experience in a similar position
