About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive People Operations Manager with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping a positive employee experience, building trust, supporting team development, and strengthening our culture of inclusion, collaboration and high performance.

Requirements:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations, including benefits administration, employee records, and HRIS systems.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.
  • Act as a trusted partner for employees and managers, addressing concerns, handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with fairness, empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with senior management to support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Drive engagement initiatives, feedback cycles, and employee experience programs in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee performance management cycles, including appraisals, promotions, and succession planning.
  • Deliver accurate HR reports, analytics, and insights to guide business decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Lead and support onboarding, compliance, and skills development programs.
  • Identify training needs through assessments and feedback, then design and deliver impactful learning solutions.
  • Evaluate learning outcomes and continuously improve L&D program initiatives.
  • Drive initiatives related to DEI, wellness, and organizational culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or people operational role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills and coaching.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
