We are currently looking for a dedicated person who wants to join our team at AGRANA Nile Fruits in Cairo, Egypt in the following position: Human Resources Manager.
The position will report directly to the HR Manager at Headquarters (AGRANA Fruit Division).
Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Experience in a multinational company or matrix organization preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR compliance standards
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (SAP and Workday) preferred
- High level of organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
1) Strategic HR & Talent Management
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to the local leadership team
- Align local HR initiatives with global HR strategies and business goals
- Lead talent acquisition, including sourcing, employer branding, and workforce planning
- Drive performance appraisal processes and support learning & development initiatives
2) Employee Relations & Culture
- Foster a respectful and inclusive work environment aligned with AGRANA values
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
- Lead internal communication efforts and employee engagement surveys
- Support leadership in succession planning and change management
3) Compensation & HR Operations
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration in cooperation with Finance
- Ensure internal equity and compliance with labor regulations
- Manage employee records and systems, ensuring data accuracy and privacy compliance
4) Compliance & Audit
- Ensure full compliance with local labor law, company policies, and global standards
- Lead external/internal HR audits and documentation management
- Promote and uphold AGRANA’s compliance guidelines, Golden Safety Rules, and HR Code of Conduct
