Job Description

• Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to students in the National Section, adhering to the national curriculum standards.
• Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities that foster language proficiency and critical thinking.
• Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and regular feedback, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student development and address academic or behavioral concerns.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a national curriculum setting.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students at the elementary or secondary level.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the national education standards and curriculum requirements.
