Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter for Egypt New Graduates at Silverlight Research Group. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent, conducting interviews, and managing candidate pipelines. Tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting background checks, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate records.

Qualifications

• Proficient in sourcing and identifying talent through various recruitment methods
• Experienced in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications
• Fluent in English
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools (a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
