Job Opportunity: HR Recruiter
Location: Heliopolis, Cairo
Contract Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified HR Recruiter to manage and execute end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting and selecting top talent in alignment with the company’s workforce plans and growth strategy.

This role reports to senior leadership and will be responsible for maintaining recruitment standards, pipeline efficiency, and hiring outcomes that support long-term organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from requisition to offer stage
• Partner with department heads to define job requirements and selection criteria
• Draft and publish job advertisements across appropriate platforms
• Proactively source candidates using online databases, referrals, and outreach
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview logistics
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records
• Monitor key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates)
• Uphold a consistent and professional candidate experience throughout the process

Required Experience
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Prior exposure to multi-functional hiring (e.g., operations, commercial, administrative)
• Proficiency with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional command of English
