Job Description
Messengers are responsible for the collection, carrying and delivery of physical items, usually documents or packages, from one location to another.
Roles & responsibilities
- Picking up and delivering documents, packages or supplies on behalf of the company
- Planning the most efficient routes for deliveries to ensure timely delivery
- Ensuring the vehicle is always fueled and well-maintained to prevent any delays in delivery
- Following any special instructions related to the delivery or pick up, including handling fragile items with care
Skills
Qualifications:
- Previous work experience as a Messenger or Delivery Driver.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
