Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Representative located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Real Estate Sales Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships, presenting properties, negotiating sales, and assisting clients in buying or selling property. Daily tasks include conducting market analysis, preparing sales contracts, and guiding clients through transactions from start to finish. The role involves a strong emphasis on customer service and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Customer Service skills
• Valid Real Estate License
• Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate principles
• Sales skills and experience in achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with the local market in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
