As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders and employees to
support day-to-day HR operations while aligning people practices with business needs. This role
is ideal for an HR professional with 2–5 years of experience who is eager to grow their career by
contributing to recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy
implementation.
Key Responsibilities
HR Partnership & Support
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related queries.
- Support business leaders in implementing HR programs and initiatives.
- Assist in workforce planning and basic organizational design discussions.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Participate in interviews and support hiring managers in the selection process.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Performance & Development
- Assist in implementing performance management processes.
- Support in identifying training needs and coordinating learning programs.
- Help track employee development plans and career progression.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Support employee relations cases under the guidance of the HR Manager.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback sessions.
- Promote open communication and a positive work environment.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (HRIS).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR generalist/business partner roles.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor law, and HR processes.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management is an
advantage.
